Helo. I invite your Ranger formation to participate in battle near Katowice in poland.
Until beginig of June we wish to have 500+ registered players! Please spread the word about this battle.
Btw since you are tolkien fans and i am doing MOSTLY tolkien battles. And I am doing only battles.
If it is possible i will be happy if  we stay in some kind of contact and maybe cooperation sice i was already invited to make battle in germany.

ENGLISH VERSION!
Larp battle on motives of LOTR wil take place in Lutowiec near town Katowice.
Being Prepared by former LARP guild of Banska Bystrica from Slovak Republic.
We aim to make battle with 500 participants so invite your friends because i am sure you want huge scale battle as well.

Battle LOTR is NOT Larp. Battle LOTR is WAR!! - WAR with LARP weapons.
Story and quests are for LARP player but Battle WP16 is more than 30 hours of raw fighting. In this battle you can save world of Light or destroy it forever.
Battle starts on satturday at 8 AM , ends aprox at sunday at 4 PM.
during night, battles persist. volunteers and different national units will have special task to perform. Encampments will be often attacked so there will be need to swap the guards.
You only leave RP during dinners and when sleeping.
Game for lovers of fighting, but roleplay still essential.


Story:
Story is created by organisators and players in every episode of battle and has no real background in tolkien's books. Thus this may seem disnonorable, it is much more epic!

Plot:
Campaing of Gondor, Elves into black gates of Mordor has began in the spring of 2015(on the slovak run). Troops of Gondor under King Eruadan's command and Elvish allies established their camp by the entrance of the Black Gate!
Allies carried Sillmarils into batle to boost their morale stamina and strenght, but absence of Dwarven Legion in campaing against Darkness as well as ongoing dissents in ranks of Gondor caused that Sauron resisted offensive.

Now ravens are tearing flash from the faces of Gondor warriors and soliders of Gondor ar retreating toward Minas Tirith. Dark ones stolen some of the silmarils and now are planning to shatter them in some kind of evil ritual!
Meanwhile allies have different problems and cant pay attention to their goals, since they are preparing up provisory defences in the plains before Minas Tirith in foolish hope of keeping the battle out of the city. Messengers were sent to Rohan and Dwarves, to fulfill their pledge of alliance. Will they hear the summons? May the prayers of Gondor soliders be heard by Iluvatar, because rummors says that dark side has called huge trolls and nazghuls into battle!!
On the other side, power emanated by Silmarils and also the treath of Silmarils being destroyed by Dark forces have awaken some of the Ents that are having their own agenda, but still will join the battle alongside the allies!!! Are you able to help the Gondor and Rohan allies to stop the offensive or you rather join the forces of darknes to put the Minas Tirith on iths knees and burry the world of light forever??
Time of conflict begins!

we have shovers, toilets for people, huge tent and hobit house for acomodation.
there will be also fortress fight

Unfortunately I cannot open the link (http://www.filedropper.com/ruleswp2016-stableversion10) but I do have some general questions regarding this event:

- How much would it cost per person?
- Do we sleep in tents? (If yes, please let us know by when you would need our „space calculations“)
- Is it self-catering or can we buy food/beverages on site?
- Are we allowed to BBQ (we would bring a brazier)?
- Is is possible to get/buy firewood?
- What about (running) water (e.g. to be used for cooking)?
- How is waste disposal organized?

OK i will reupload rules.

Cost is noncommercial as well as larp from 5 to 10 euro per person.

You can only have tent if it is kind of fantasy or history tent

Otherwise you can sleep in school - in beds for 2,5 eur night (10 zlotych in polish currency) but only for 30 people

also you can sleep in hobit house.... for 100 people.

i quess that you will play as rangers there so will be separate hut dor ranger unit.


You can have water for free from school. shower is also at site - school provides everything.

there will be food from catering company for common market price
also beer

Firewood will be provided by school

Waste disposal into trash bins ouside of location. You are obligated to keep area clean and take out everythin you bring .
locaton is Polish Nature park and protected area - Organisation team and also school directors will take extra care for players who make non natural mess.

to mess disposal - everything natural can be put into fire - everything plastic must be put tu trash bins or taken away

also bbq is really OK :-) you can bring your own food .

and you can also park car in the area of school. if you go by train/bus there will be busses aranged from katowice
